Just press the 1-4 keys on your keyboard during battle! They're mapped to swap between your active party members super quickly.
In combat, use the left bumper + directional keys to switch your character on the fly. It's a lifesaver in tight spots!
Strategy menu. Move the character portraits around to set your active team. Needs a bit of getting used to, but solid!
