I've done this a bunch of times. Go to the main menu, click the gear icon in the corner, and select 'Settings.' Scroll to 'Account and Privacy' then log out. You can then sign in with a different Epic Games account. Super smooth process!
Why would you switch accounts? Just stick with one!
On the Fortnite home screen, click on your profile icon and then select 'Sign Out.' Once you're logged out, you'll be able to sign in with your other Epic Games account by entering the credentials. Easy peasy!
