You can't just magically switch hit; your player needs the switch-hitting ability from the start. So, check the player's attributes or create one with switch-hitting skills.

To switch hit in MLB The Show 16, go to the player's edit screen and change their primary or secondary position to a switch hitter. Simple as that!

Switch hitting is a no-go unless your player is already a switch hitter in the game. It鈥檚 in their DNA, folks!

I tried everything to make my player a switch hitter, but you really need to start with a player who already has that ability. It's all in the genes, buddy!

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
