Honestly, just sell your current house and buy a new one if you really want a big change. It's that simple.
As someone who's done this a bunch of times, all you gotta do is head to 'Main Menu > Houses' and pick the house you want to switch to. Done and done!
You can switch houses by clicking on the house icon, selecting 'Manage Homes,' and picking the one you want to load. Voila!
