To switch jobs in The Sims FreePlay, tap on the Sim you want to change careers for, then tap on the 'Occupation' tab and select 'Quit Job.' After that, visit a new workplace and apply for the job you want. Easy peasy!

If you want to switch jobs in Sims FreePlay, just have your Sim quit their current job from the 'Occupation' tab and then head to the new desired workplace. Once there, simply apply for the new job. Simple as that!
