Easy peasy! Just select the lord you want to switch out, then click on the 'Replace' button in their unit card. Pick the new lord from the list, and voila!

Literally just a couple of clicks: select the army, then the lord, and click 'Replace'. You’ll see a list of lords – pick one, and done!

You can switch lords by using the 'Replace Lord' option found in the bottom left panel when you have your army selected. Just be sure the new lord is available and not committed elsewhere.

You need to move the lord you want to replace out of the army first. Then, bring in the new lord and merge them into the army. It's a bit of a dance, but you’ll manage!
