Honestly, just go into the settings and follow the prompts. It's pretty intuitive.
To switch your primary account, head to 'Settings,' select 'Users and Accounts,' then 'Other,' and finally 'Console Sharing and Offline Play.' Disable it on the current primary PS5, then log into the new account you want to set as primary and enable it there.
Just disable Console Sharing and Offline Play on the current primary account in settings. Then log into the account you want as primary and enable it there.
