Switching spheres in Palworld is pretty easy once you get the hang of it! Just open your inventory, select the 'Pals' tab to see all your captured Pals, and then you can choose which sphere you wanna switch out. Make sure you're not in a battle or anything, as you can't switch 'em during combat!
