Just use the thumbsticks to move between tabs if you have a mouse mode enabled. Easy peasy!

Actually, I just use an external keyboard and mouse for desktop mode. Makes everything a lot smoother.

Forget the Alt+Tab; just set up custom shortcuts if that doesn't work for you. Steam Deck lets you customize the controls!

You can switch tabs in desktop mode on the Steam Deck by pressing the "Alt" key and the "Tab" key. Works like a charm!
