Easy fix coming right up! If you wanna move Terraria to another monitor, simply start the game, then hit Alt+Enter to switch it to windowed mode. Drag the window to your desired monitor, then hit Alt+Enter again to go back to full screen. Works like a charm!

Just play it in windowed mode and move it wherever you want. Who needs fullscreen anyway?

I've struggled with this myself, but found a workaround. I set the monitor I want Terraria to display on as my main display through my computer's display settings. It's a bit of a hassle, but it gets Terraria on the right screen before I play.
