Easy peasy! Log into the account with PS Plus, go to 'Settings' > 'Account Management' > 'Activate as Your Primary PS4' (or PS5), and deactivate it. Then log into the account you want, repeat the process, but activate this time!

Been there, done that. Log into the PS Plus account, go to 'Settings', select 'Account Management' and deactivate. Log in with the new account and activate it under the same menu.
