Press the Q key on your keyboard to use the card or pill you're holding. To drop it, hold down the Control key (Ctrl) or press the Right Stick on a controller.
Cards can be swapped by holding down the Control key (Ctrl) if you're on PC. Too many times I鈥檝e accidentally used a card instead of dropping it. Practice makes perfect!
