You can't directly transfer a PlayStation Plus subscription between accounts. Instead, you can either let the current subscription expire and then activate it on a new account, or purchase a new subscription for the desired account while keeping the other one active.

Unfortunately, PS Plus subscriptions are tied to specific accounts and can't be transferred. Just set up a new subscription on the new account.
