Just reset and choose. Simple as that.

If you wanna swap from CCG to Ghoul or vice versa, you need to reset your character and pick your new side when prompted. Be sure you're ready, 'cause you'll lose all your progress on the previous faction.

I’ve done it a couple of times. Just reset your character, and you’ll get the option to switch. But remember, you'll lose all faction-specific progress!
