To sync Instagram and Facebook, head to your Instagram profile, tap the three horizontal lines, go to 'Settings', then 'Account', and finally 'Linked Accounts'. From there, you can link your Facebook account directly!
Open Instagram, go to 'Settings', find 'Account', and select 'Sharing to other apps'. Link Facebook and you're good to go.
You don't need to sync them. Just post separately.
Tap your profile on Insta, go into Settings, find 'Account', then 'Linked Accounts', and pick Facebook. Done and done!
