Use a different controller to navigate to the 'Accessories' settings on your PS5. Select 'Bluetooth devices' and hold the PS and Create buttons on the new controller until it appears on the list. It should sync up soon after.
Press the small button on the back of the PS5 controller with a pin to reset it. Then, turn on your PS5 and hold the PS5 button and the Create button on the controller until the light bar starts flashing. It should pair automatically after that!
Make sure your PS5 is on and at the main menu. Press and hold the PS button and the Create button on the controller for about 5 seconds until the light starts flashing. Your console should detect it, and you'll be synced!
