Turn off, unplug your Roku device. Wait a few seconds, plug it back in, and press the pairing button on your remote. Worked for me!
First, remove the battery cover and press the pairing button inside until the light starts flashing. Follow the on-screen instructions from there!
Honestly, just jam that pairing button till it blinks. Usually does the trick.
