Easy peasy! When you're uploading a photo, just click the 'Tag Photo' button. Type the name of the person you want to tag, and voila, you're done!
Go to the photo, click on it, then click 'Tag Photo' at the bottom. Start typing your friend's name and select them when they pop up.
Just click 'Tag Photo' and type the name. Facebook does the rest!
