You can't directly tag everyone at once in a WhatsApp group, but you can use the '@' symbol to tag each member individually. It's a bit of a workout for your fingers, but it's doable!
I usually just send a message like 'Hey everyone!' and hope for the best. Works like a charm most of the time!
