Speaking from experience, it's pretty straightforward. Disconnect all cables, flip the console, unscrew the bottom screws, and lift the cover. Tread carefully, though; you don't want to damage anything!

First, make sure the PS4 Slim is unplugged. Then, flip it upside down and remove the screws on the back panel. Gently lift the cover off and you'll have access to the internal components.
