Actually, you can't ride as a passenger in taxis in GTA San Andreas. You can steal them though, which is way more fun. Get in, and start your own taxi missions!

Taking a taxi in GTA San Andreas is more about stopping one rather than actually riding in it as a passenger. Just stand in the road and hail one like you're hailing a cab in real life - wait for a yellow taxi to approach, then press the button you'd use to enter a car (usually the 'F' key on PC, 'Triangle' on PlayStation, or 'Y' on Xbox). Unfortunately, you can't ride in the taxi as a passenger; you end up stealing it instead. The game wasn't designed for passive taxi rides, but hey, now you've got a new car!

Not happening. GTA San Andreas doesn't let you chill in the backseat of a taxi. Steal it or find another way to get around.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
