Dude, I’ve done this a few times. Get a T8 Torx screwdriver to take off the screws on the back first. Then you can pry off the bumpers and get to the internals.
Just be careful not to break anything. Try using a thin plastic card instead of metal tools to avoid scratches.
Don't even bother, you'll probably break something. Just take it to a repair shop.
I used a plastic spudger from a phone repair kit. Popped right off with no fuss!
