To remove a card from your PS4, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Payment Methods. Select the card you want to remove and choose 'Delete'. Easy as that!

Just head to Settings, then Account Management, and then Wallet. Find Payment Methods and delete the card you no longer want to use.

You can also just add a new card and set it as the default, making the old one irrelevant without needing to delete it.
