You can also remove the disk from the Settings menu. Go to Settings > Devices > Disk and select "Eject Disc."
If the eject button doesn't work, try turning off the PS4 completely and then turning it back on. The disk should eject after it restarts.
Worst case scenario, you can manually eject the disk by turning off the PS4, unplugging it, and pressing the manual eject screw. You'll need a small screwdriver to do this. Check Sony's support page for the exact process!
