Cliff's lineup can be tricky! Start with a strong fire-type Pokémon like Charizard to counter his steel-types, then use a water or grass type for his rock-types. Charge moves are key, so make sure to dodge and time them right!
Honestly, if you have a strong lineup and just keep at it, you'll beat Cliff eventually.
