To take fur out of Crocs, check if they're detachable liners. Just pull 'em gently out from the rivets! If they’re stitched in, grab a pair of scissors and carefully cut along the seams.

I had this same issue! Simply locate the rivets holding the fur liner in place and work them out gently. Easiest way!
