Just push the Crocs charm from the inside of the shoe while gently pulling it from the outside. Easy peasy!

I like to use a flathead screwdriver or a butter knife. Carefully wedge it under the charm and lift it out.

If they're really stuck, soak the Crocs in warm water for a few minutes. The charms usually come out easier afterward.
