In MeepCity, just go to the settings icon in the top right corner and toggle off the music. Easy peasy!

You can mute the music by clicking on the little gear icon (settings) in the corner of your screen, then turn off the music there.

From personal experience, click the settings icon in MeepCity and disable the music from there. Works like a charm!
