I've done this! All you need to do is pull the lining from the back heel section. Once you get it started, it comes out smoothly.

Don't even bother taking out the fur. Just buy a non-fur version if you don't want the fuzz.

To take out the fur in Crocs, just hold one hand inside the shoe and gently pull the fur lining around the heel with the other hand. The lining should come out easily!
