Honestly, just restart Steam. When it opens up again, it won't be in Big Picture mode anymore. Not the slickest method, but hey, it works.

Just press Alt + Enter on your keyboard. BAM! You're out of Big Picture mode and back to the standard desktop view.

Pro tip: Go into the Steam settings while in Big Picture mode and look for the Startup Options. You can set Steam to start in either Big Picture mode or the Desktop mode by default. Might save you a click or two in the future!

Easy peasy! Just hit the 'Exit Big Picture' button located in the top right corner of the screen. Looks like a little power symbol. Click that, and you'll be back to the regular Steam view in no time.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
