Alright, you're gonna need a T8 and T10 Torx screwdriver to get started. First, remove the hard drive and faceplate. Then, pop off the end grilles and unscrew the case screws. Carefully separate the shell halves and voilà!

Just buy special Xbox 360 opening tools! It's way easier and less risky.

I did this last week! Use a flathead screwdriver to release the tabs on the faceplate, then work on the side and back. Just take it slow!
