Turn your Crocs upside down and press the liner from the inside outwards. Sometimes a little force helps if it's snug.

Just grab the heel portion of the liner and gently pull it out. It should come out pretty easily. If it's being stubborn, wiggle it a bit to loosen it up.

I've had to do this many times! Pinch the liner at the heel and toe, then slowly work it out. Be gentle to avoid tearing it.
