Hot take: Taming a Deathclaw is more trouble than it's worth. Just sneak around or blast it to oblivion. Much simpler.

So, you wanna make friends with a Deathclaw, huh? Bold move! First, you'll need the Wasteland Whisperer perk - make sure it's leveled up to its 3rd rank. Then, when you encounter a Deathclaw, aim your gun at it and you'll see an option to 'Pacify' appear. If your charisma's high enough and the stars align, you'll temporarily tame that beast. Remember, it's temporary, so don't get too attached!

Tamed a Deathclaw once, named it Fluffy. Was using the Wasteland Whisperer perk, had my charisma through the roof. We roamed the Wasteland together, pacifying raiders and collecting loot. It was epic until Fluffy decided to turn on me. Remember folks, even tamed Deathclaws are wild at heart.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
