Taming a megasloth in Fallout 76 isn't as straightforward as petting a kitty, but it's doable! First up, you need the 'Animal Friend' perk, which becomes available at level 30. Equip this perk, then wander the wasteland until you find a lonely megasloth. Make sure it's a random spawn, not a fixed one like those near certain landmarks. Approach cautiously and you'll see a prompt to tame it. Remember, you can only tame creatures that are half your level or lower. So if you're level 50, that megasloth needs to be 25 or lower. Good luck, and enjoy your new oversized pet!

Just get the Animal Friend perk and find a young megasloth. Simple.

Honestly, why tame a megasloth when Deathclaws are where it's at? Sure, a megasloth might be cute, but nothing beats the prestige of having a pet Deathclaw. Just saying.
