Turn off injuries, play your best players in the wrong positions, and set the difficulty to Hall of Fame. Watch your team self-destruct faster than a bad break-up.
I've gone full tank mode by just benching everyone who's rated above 75. It hurts to see all those L's, but it's worth it for the draft pick.
Honestly, just don't play. Let the game simulate the season. The AI isn't the best coach, and your team will probably tank naturally.
