Y'all talking about legit ways, but if you're not into playing by the rules, some mod menus allow teleportation. Just saying, it's not the Rockstar-approved method and could get you banned, so use at your own risk.

Teleporting in GTA 5 Online isn't like using a cheat code, but you can 'fast travel' using a couple of legit methods. One way is to use the 'Lester' option. Once you've unlocked Lester's heists, you can call him and select the option to teleport to a heist location. Another method is using the taxi service. Just hail a cab, choose your destination, and select 'Skip' to fast travel to that location. Not instant, but pretty close!
Honestly, just use the taxi service. It costs a bit, but it's the easiest way to 'teleport' without messing with the game's natural flow. Keeps the fun alive!
