Just use warp commands! PC: F3 + F8, then use 'warp 1100 -300 500'. Easy peasy!

Open the console (F3 + F8 on PC, L1 + R1 + X + Options on PS4, LB + RB + A + Start on Xbox), then type 'warp [x] [y] [z]'. Use the coordinates 1100 -300 500 for Mountain Island.
