If you want to avoid the console, just swim your way through the Lost River and get a seamoth or prawn suit ready!
Open the debug console by pressing F3, then F8 to unlock the mouse, uncheck the 'Disable Console' option, and finally press Enter. Type 'warp 1425 0 -305' to teleport directly to the Primary Containment Facility. Happy diving!
Console commands are your friend! Type 'warpforward 1000' a few times after opening the debug console with F3 and F8. It'll get you there eventually.
