Spotting a treasure among your Pokemon TCG collection boils down to a few key factors. Firstly, rarity symbols play a huge part; look for the star symbol, often gold-colored, indicating a rare card. Next, condition matters a lot; a mint condition card fetches higher prices. Edition also adds value; first editions are generally more coveted. Lastly, certain sets are known to be more valuable, like the Base Set or those containing holographic cards. Keep an eye out for these signs, and you might just find you're sitting on a goldmine!

Just flip the card and look for the tiny symbols at the bottom right. A circle means common, a diamond signifies uncommon, and a star means it's rare. Also, cards with holographic art are usually worth more!

Honestly, just Google the card. The real value of a Pokemon card is whatever people are willing to pay for it. Marketplaces and auction sites can give you a real-time snapshot of your card's value.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
