Easy peasy! Check the bottom right corner of your Pokemon card. You'll see a symbol there. Circle means common, diamond is uncommon, and star signifies it's rare. If you spot a shiny holographic star, you've hit the jackpot with an ultra-rare card! Some cards have unique symbols like letters or other icons, indicating they're part of special sets or promotions.

In my experience, the thrill of finding a rare card is unmatched. Once snagged a holographic Charizard by checking the little symbols. Can confirm, stars are your best friends when hunting for rare cards.

Just flip the card and look for the symbol near the bottom. No symbol? Probably not a legit card.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
