How to tell if a Pokemon card is full art

Easy peasy! Full art Pokemon cards are super cool and stand out because the artwork covers the entire card, background and all. Unlike regular cards where the art stays within a specific frame, full art cards let the artwork stretch from edge to edge. Look for a lack of the usual border around the image. Plus, they often have unique textures that you can feel if you run your fingers over the card. So, it's all about the art going full out and getting wild from corner to corner!

Full art cards? They're the ones that look like the artist just couldn't contain themselves to a small frame. If it looks like the Pokemon is about to leap off the card because there's no traditional border – congrats, you've got yourself a full art card! Also, the texture thing is real; some full arts have this cool tactile feel that's different from regular cards.

Honestly, just look at it. If the art's all over the place, it's full art. No borders, no problem.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
