Check the logos! Real Crocs have the Duke the crocodile logo on the strap and the bottom. No Duke = fake Crocs!

Feel the material. Authentic Crocs are made of Croslite™, a light and slightly squishy material. If yours feel like hard plastic, they're probably knock-offs.

Inspect the soles. Genuine Crocs have well-defined treads and branding on the bottom. Poor quality soles can be a dead giveaway for fakes.

Look for the 'CROCS' engraving on the strap's rivets. Real ones have it cleanly engraved, while fakes might have sloppy or missing engravings.

I once bought a pair of Crocs online and they turned out to be fake because the size was off and they smelled like chemicals. Real Crocs have a light, almost non-existent smell.

If love Crocs, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crocs gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company. The logos and other identifying marks attached are trademarks of and owned by each represented company and/or its affiliates. Please visit each company's website for additional terms and conditions.
