Some cards are just obviously expensive cuz they look super cool. If it shines like a disco ball, it's probably worth something.

Honestly, the hype is real with some of these cards. I snagged a card everyone was after and sold it for a pretty penny. Keep an eye on what's trending in the Pokemon TCG community, that's your golden ticket.

First off, check the rarity symbol! Usually, cards with a star or holofoil are rarer and might be worth more. Don't forget to look for any special markings like 'EX', 'GX', or 'V' which are usually on more valuable cards. Condition matters too; a mint condition card is worth way more than one that's seen better days. Lastly, do a quick search on recent sales of the same card for a ballpark figure of its value.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
