Check the power rating on the console! If it's 12.1A, congrats—you've got a Jasper. Also, look at the manufacture date; Jasper units usually date from late 2008 onward.
Open the faceplate and peek at the secondary serial sticker inside the USB port; if you see '12V 12.1A,' you're holding a Jasper.
I had one! Look at the lot number and team code on the serial sticker. Lot 0843X and later are typically Jaspers.
