Checking if your Funko Pop is legit is pretty straightforward! Look for the official Funko logo on the box – it should be clear and high-quality. The paint job on a real Funko Pop is usually neat and detailed, so sloppy paint can be a red flag. Also, real Funkos feel sturdy and well-made. Don’t forget to check the bottom of the figure for a serial number; that’s a good indicator of authenticity.

Got a rare one recently and wanted to make sure it was the real deal. Found out that the box and the figure should have matching serial numbers. Also, the box's plastic window should be crystal clear and firmly glued. Anything less is sus.

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!
