If you have the PAL version of Tetris, the easiest way to tell is by looking at the game box and manual鈥攊f they have any European ratings or languages, it's PAL!
If you're in Europe, chances are high you have the PAL version by default.
PAL Tetris often has different music tracks and sound effects compared to the NTSC version. Listen and compare!
