One way is to check your Friends list. If they're missing from there, sad news: you've been ghosted!
Try to visit their profile directly. If you see an 'Add Friend' button, it's official: you've been unfriended.
If their posts and updates are missing from your feed and they are nowhere to be found, they might have unfriended you or just changed their privacy settings.
