How to tell what set my Pokemon card is from
WhammellingSuite·7 months agoEasy peasy! Just flip your Pokemon card over and look at the bottom. You'll see a little symbol that looks kinda like a logo – that's the set symbol. Every set has its own unique symbol, so once you find that, just Google the symbol or check out a Pokemon card database, and you'll have your answer in no time.

Honestly, just use a card database online. Sites like Bulbapedia have extensive lists where you can match the symbol at the bottom of your card to the set it belongs to. Saves you the trouble of memorizing symbols!
From personal experience, the fastest way to figure it out is using an app or website specifically for Pokemon TCG. I just type in some details or even scan the card, and it tells me everything I need to know, including the set.
Don't overthink it, the symbol's all you need. If you can't figure it out, maybe it's just a really obscure set. Or, you know, not a legit card. Just saying.
