How to Temporarily Remove Facebook?
Deactivating your Facebook account is the way to go! Just head to Settings & Privacy, then Account Ownership and Control. From there, select Deactivation and follow the steps. Your profile will be hidden until you decide to log back in!

Takes two minutes: go to Settings, find the Deactivation option, click it. Done.
Just deactivate your account! It's a few clicks in Settings, and when you want to come back, everything's still there waiting for you.
I've done this myself. Go to Settings & Privacy > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion. Hit Deactivate. Quick and easy!
