To play co-op in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, connect a second controller and press the Start button anytime during gameplay. A second player will join as a baby!
It's pretty simple! Connect a second controller, go to the pause menu, and have Player 2 join by pressing a button. Player 2 will control a baby familiar and can help with shooting and dodging.
You can start co-op by attaching a second controller and pressing start on it. It's not rocket science鈥攋ust grab a friend and start dodging poop monsters together!
Just plug in another controller and press Start. My friend and I do this all the time, it's a blast!
